Over 25 years aerospace industry background (DynCorp, United Technologies, Planning Research Corporation, and Fairchild Defense) in advanced sensor development & integration (Electro Optical, Infrared, Synthetic Aperture Radar, Multi & Hyper spectral sensors, AF mission planning systems), OCONUS contractor logistics support program management for US and Allied forces.

  • Executive-level management and business development professional with aerospace industry (United Technologies, Planning Research Corporation, Fairchild Defense, DynCorp International), successful background in large DOD programs.


  • VP, DynCorp International Business, responsible for establishing and management of worldwide CLS. Operations included supporting US Army Pre-positioned material in Kuwait ($350M, 1500 employees – 300+ US citizens), AH-64 Maintenance Support in UAE ($12M, 12 employees), Royal Kuwaiti Air Lift ($2M, 6 Employees), and DOS ground vehicle CLS Bolivia ($1.2M, 9 employees).


  • Program management for avionics development and system integration (airborne radar systems and mission avionics) for F-16/F-4/SH-60/Joint Standoff Targeting and Reconnaissance System (JSTARS)/A-6.


  • 10 years of logistics support (planning and provisioning) for the Brazilian Air Force’s fleet of C-115A Buffalo tactical air transports. Efforts included; fleet wide (12 aircraft) configuration audits and modifications status, alternate mission modifications (Search and Rescue), and analysis of re-engining options.
