MILITARY BACKGROUND:

  • Directorate for USAF Command & Control (HQAF/XOC); Branch Chief, Command & Control Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (C2ISR) integration (XOCI)

 

  • Directorate for HQ USAF Combat Requirements; Branch Chief, Air Standardization, NATO Air Senior National Representatives Future Air Capabilities Working Group Chairman for C2ISR integration and the Operations and Doctrine Working Parties, Australia-Canada-New Zealand-United Kingdom-United States (AUSCANZUKUS) Air Standards Coordination Committee.

  

  • Office of Innovation, Chief of Staff USAF; special projects to include AFRes support to AF mission planning initiatives at the USAF Air Weapons Center, NATO Air Warrior Center, and USAF Europe mission planning support site survey/assessments.

 

  • Defense Logistics Agency, Logistics Planning Officer with background in: HQ level contingency planning, Deployable Contingency Support Teams developed and deployed during Bosnian crisis, and DLA participation in US Forces Korea ROS&I exercises (Time Phased Force Deployment Document - TPFDD) development, C+ Day 30 sustainment logistical support to all US Forces engaged) and the DoD Joint Training System. 

 

INDUSTRY BACKGROUND:

  • Executive-level management and business development professional with aerospace industry (United Technologies, Planning Research Corporation, Fairchild Defense, DynCorp International), successful background in large DOD programs.

 

  • VP, DynCorp International Business, responsible for establishing and management of worldwide CLS. Operations included supporting US Army Pre-positioned material in Kuwait ($350M, 1500 employees – 300+ US citizens), AH-64 Maintenance Support in UAE ($12M, 12 employees), Royal Kuwaiti Air Lift ($2M, 6 Employees), and DOS ground vehicle CLS Bolivia ($1.2M, 9 employees).

 

  • Program management for avionics development and system integration (airborne radar systems and mission avionics) for F-16/F-4/SH-60/Joint Standoff Targeting and Reconnaissance System (JSTARS)/A-6.

 

  • 10 years of logistics support (planning and provisioning) for the Brazilian Air Force’s fleet of C-115A Buffalo tactical air transports. Efforts included; fleet wide (12 aircraft) configuration audits and modifications status, alternate mission modifications (Search and Rescue), and analysis of re-engining options.
